Binding Agreement Notice By purchasing, registering, or participating in any PlayWorks group coaching program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Your payment and participation constitute a legally binding acceptance of these terms. 1. Program Overview PlayWorks provides group coaching through structured, facilitated play experiences designed to support clarity, energy, connection, and personal growth. This program is not therapy, medical care, psychological treatment, or professional advising. 2. Results are not guaranteed and depend on each Participant’s level of engagement and application. 4. Fees and Payment The total program fee will be the amount displayed and agreed to at the time of registration. Fees are due in full at the time of registration. Pricing may vary based on promotions, discounts, or future pricing changes. By completing payment, you confirm your acceptance of the price presented at checkout and this agreement. Promotional pricing or discounts are time-limited and may not be applied retroactively. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance, missed sessions, or partial participation. 5. Session Policy • Sessions must be attended as scheduled • Missed sessions are not rescheduled or refunded • Sessions must be used within the program timeframe 6. Communication Limited support via email or text may be provided. This does not constitute ongoing coaching access. Response time is typically within 24 hours. 7. Participant Responsibilities • Attend sessions on time • Respect other participants and contribute to a positive environment • Maintain confidentiality of all group discussions • Participate at your own discretion • Not share or distribute proprietary materials 8. Confidentiality (Group Setting) PlayWorks will maintain confidentiality to the extent permitted by law. Participants agree to keep all shared information confidential. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this risk. 9. Intellectual Property All materials, frameworks, and content are owned by PlayWorks and are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed. 10. Code of Conduct PlayWorks reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be issued upon removal. 11. Termination PlayWorks may terminate participation at its discretion for violation of this agreement. No refunds will be issued. Participants may choose to stop attending at any time; however, no refunds will be provided. 12. Limitation of Liability Participants acknowledge that results are not guaranteed. PlayWorks is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation. 13. Chargeback Policy By purchasing this program, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting PlayWorks. Any chargeback in violation of this agreement will be considered a breach of contract. 14. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Acknowledgment By completing your purchase and participating in this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
